3 free range eggs
150 grams plain flour
1 sachet baking powder
10 cl milk
75 grams butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
400 grams whipped cream
nutella
icing sugar

Break the eggs in a bowl, add sugar, whipping with a
whisk until you get a smooth cream. Then add the
cocoa and the milk and continue whipping.
Then add the flour and baking powder and mix.
Put the mixture in a baking tin and bake at 180° for
25-30 mins. When the cake is ready, let cool completely,
then slice it twice in equal parts to make three layers.
Spread nutella between the bottom and middle layers
and spread the whipped cream between the middle and
top layers. Dust with icing sugar.

*We recommend to use excessive amounts of nutella

At 7 pm on January 18, Ilaria Gianni, Virginija Januškevičiūtė, Valentinas Klimasauskas
